Use realpath instead of custom script

Use realpath instead of the custom script, which is broken. As an example,

  $ ./mk/relpath.sh /usr/lib/ghc/lib /usr/lib/ghc-doc
  ..-doc
  $ realpath --relative-to=/usr/lib/ghc/lib /usr/lib/ghc-doc
  ../../ghc-doc
